Roman Baths

The baths where Cesar was stabbed. It is open dig site for archeologists and a cat sanctuary stray cats. They raise money to fix and take care of the cats. Who knew?!

Corniglia - Cinque Terre

Corniglia - the 3rd village of the 5 in Cinque Terre. Also my personal favorite for this very reason: the gelato (plus it's pretty!) They make a mele di corniglia (honey) gelato and a basilicia (basil) gelato that is out of control good! The basil comes from their garden and is super fresh - the honey from the local bees. It's so so good. The best gelato I have ever had and worth every bit of the 365 stairs of climbing to get it! #corniglia #cinqueterre #gelato

Last time I was in Rome the Trevi was under construction. I still threw a coin in it anyway after it ricocheted off the plastic wall the first time. This time it was much easier tossing coins.
